Calendar is the section of your account where you can find actual availabilities of your products.

At the top of the page you can filter the calendar by:

Products
Resellers
Groups
Guides
Date
Days
Weeks

You may also select Hide empty, Hide closed, Hide packages, add or hide other columns and Add Manifest. If you do any changes to te settings, dont’t forget to reload content by the blue button on the side.

Manifest is a departure list with all the names of the people boarding. It’s for a set tour time and a product option. You can access it via calendar on a backoffice and via the app (on the terminals there’s a manifest icon)

When adding a manifest, set the following:

Name
Color - for distinction
Destination
Products
Order - of the products in a manifest
Hide empty - hides producs with no bookings
Hide Closed - hides closed products
Custom columns - enables use of custom customs
Hide packages - hides package products (=combos)
Page break - affects printing
Orientation - Portrait/ Landscape view (affects printing)
Sort by - Pickup TIme/ Last Name/ Booking Date
Dataset - Bookings/ Tickets - which view is shown in a manifest
Columns - selection of custom columns

The remainder of the page is a table where the left half is the list of your products with all the tours and options, the right half then shows particular dates and availabilities.

You can see two numbers separated by a slash, the first shows the number of passenger who booked a product and the second shows the maximum number of passengers who can book this product (when the product has no capacity limitations, there’s just one number).

Note, that field is changing colour according to the actual availability - from green to the red.

If you click on a specific date field a window pops up.

You may do couple of actions:

Sort By - by various values
View in Bookings - this will take you into the Bookings tab
Print Manifest
Sent Manifest

You can also directly adjust product availability and capacity here, add group and guide assignment and make notes.

The rest of the window consists of a list of the bookings. In a Customer column you can redeem/ un-redeem a specific booking or mark it as no-show, in Booking column you see the booking reference and the name and the status of the product. The next columns (AD, CH, etc) are the numbers of the ticket types for this booking.

The Payment column shows the paid price for the booking and the last column Notes allows you to add some public notes. At the bottom there is Totals which shows the total amount of passengers.
