Blocked Shifts

Sometimes you may come across Blocked shift in your shift overview in Ticket Terminals -> Shifts section. It's one of the statuses.

This may happen when the shift was not ended in 12 hours (the system has to close it automatically after 12 hours of inactivity). It will block that particular terminal from being used until the blocked shift is ended properly. To do so, any other seller (can also be the same) has to log into that terminal again, which will force the blocked shift to end. You can't start a new shift on a terminal with currently blocked shift. This will cut down on any refund/transaction issues.

You can Unblock Shift remotely on a back office (in a shift details), but then you need the physical terminal to perform a login to end the shift anyway.
