Cancellation refactor

Right now during cancellation of some booking it is not possible to create a new cancellation reason.

Ventrata refactored this feature and there are different cancellation reasons listed in a drop-down menu from which the client has to choose from:




If the cancellation reason is not within the list, please use the reason "Other" as shown below and use the Cancellation Notes field to clarify more information.
