If you click on particular reseller, you can see the following information:

Details



In this section you may find a summary of some details, such as:

Name
City Connect Agent ID
OCTO API Token
Category
Allow Redemption
Allow Freesale
Web Referrers
Credit Limit


You can use the Make Test and Make Live buttons to switch between test and live mode for a reseller. You may also Edit Details.

Agents



This section shows particular Agents who work for the reseller, with details such as:

Name
Active
T&C
Email
Last Login



You may Deactivate them or Reset their Password here. You may also create anew agent using + New Agent button:



Name
Active - if the agent is active or not
Title
Tag - a unique mark for purpose of filtering
Cash PIN
Email
Password
Password Confirmation
Admin - whether the agent has admin rights or not

Permissions



Show Commission - whether an agent can see their commission
Adjust Price - create price variations for a product
Manage Agent Accounts
Make Voucher Transactions
Skip welcome email

Outlets



An outlet is a subsection of a reseller. Think of this as a chain of Hilton Hotels in New York. There is the Hilton Brooklin, Hilton Upper East Side, Hilton Tribeca and so on. Each of these would be an outlet that you can set on a reseller level. It’s rarely used.

In this section you may find overview of your Outlets, or create new by + New Outlet. You just need to set:

Name
Tag
Agents



Branding



Here you can upload:

Reseller Logo - to be used on branded items like receipts, tickets and emails
Checkout Logo - to be used on the header of your checkout website



Comments



Here you can track activity and add comments and attachments.



Reseller Commissions



The default commission given to resellers (Hotels, Sales Desks, Concierges etc.)

Retail Pricing



The price paid by customers per ticket.

Cost Rates



The cost to you per ticket

These last three sections show the price of the tickets of specific products according to particular tiers of customers. You may switch between seasons, products, days, sources, currencies and destinations o set the prices up to your liking.
