EBG will sync the availability of your mapped products/options from Ventrata.
EBG will sync the Retail pricing of your mapped products/options from Ventrata.
Bookings created, amended, or canceled on EBG will be automatically created, amended, or cancelled in Ventrata.
If your product uses pickup points, EBG will be able to pull the list of available pickups points from Ventrata, and present it for the EBG customer to select the point of their choice as they book.
If your product uses resources, EBG will be able to pull the list of assigned resources (e.g. vehicle, seat) from Ventrata, and present it for the EBG customer to select the resources of their choice as they book.

Create Entertainment Benefits Group Reseller in Ventrata. If you haven't yet, create Entertainment Benefits Group as a Reseller and configure it's settings (band, commission, products, etc.).
Create a Connection in Ventrata. In your Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections, then click + New Connection and select Entertainment Benefits Group from the list of available options. Set the connection Name, link the Reseller created in Step 1, and click Create Connection. If necessary, you may also whitelist/blacklist destinations or products you wish this connection to have access to.
Share Mapping Information with Entertainment Benefits Group. In your Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections, then select your Entertainment Benefits Group connection from the list of created connections (see section above). The connection page will display the API Key as well as the list of products you have made available to Entertainment Benefits Group (based on reseller, reseller band and connection settings) with their IDs. Contact your Entertainment Benefits Group account manager requesting to have your products connected to "Ventrata OCTO", providing them with your API Key as well as the List of Products with their Product and Option IDs (as shown on the page). If needed, you can download the list of products as a CSV file by clicking Export.
Make sure the product is whitelisted for the Connection, Reseller and/or Reseller Band linked to it, and check if the Product is made available to Direct API channel.

Create Entertainment Benefits Group Reseller in Ventrata. If you haven't yet, create Entertainment Benefits Group as a Reseller and configure it's settings (band, commission, products, etc.).

Set the connection Name, link the Reseller created in Step 1, and click Create Connection. Share Mapping Information with Entertainment Benefits Group. In your Ventrata Dashboard, go to Connections > Connections, then select your Entertainment Benefits Group connection from the list of created connections (see section above). Why can I not find the product on the dropdown when mapping?
Make sure the product is whitelisted for the Connection, Reseller and/or Reseller Band linked to it, and check if the Product is made available to Direct API channel.
