How to Create Dropoffs
You can allow your customers to book a transfer to predefined points on the product level. This is acheived by Dropoffs.
Prerequisites:
The 'Dropoff Available' checkbox on the tour detail is ticked.
You can edit an existing tour or create new tours as outline in our article How to Create Tours.
In your Ventrata dashboard, go to Products > Products.
Select an existing product.
Go to the Dropoffs tab.
Press the + NEW DROPOFF button.
Enter dropoff name.
Select an option with dropoff or do nothing and allow dropoff for all options.
Select the tour where dropoff is made available.
Make sure the 'Dropoff Available' is ticked in the selected tour's detail.
Enter how many days after the tour the customer is dropped off (if applicable).
Enter dropoff time.
Enter dropoff instructions.
Press the Create Dropoff button.
