How to Create Opening Hours
Opening hours determine which of your tours are available. Tours outside opening hours are not shown to customers.
In your Ventrata dashboard, go to Products > Products.
Select an existing product.
Go to the Opening Hours tab.
Press the + NEW OPENING HOUR button.
Deselect days on which your attraction IS NOT open.
Deselect months during which your attraction IS NOT open.
Press the + ADD DATE RANGE button to define time periods when your attraction receives customers.
You can create multiple different opening hours throughout the year, accounting for seasonality and public holidays. We also recommend you check out Closures.
Enter opening ('From') and closing ('To') hours.
Enter opening hour frequency in minutes, hours or days.
This information is shared with OTAs via API. Frequency only needs to be entered for individual products sold by OTAs where there are no tour times. The most common case where this is useful are Hop-On, Hop-Off tours.
